Who remembers Pokemon Go? Now we have Auditors Go. What is Auditors Go I hear you ask. It is a way of Auditing the Auditors.
Auditors Go is a simple system where members of the public can comment below if they see Auditors in their vicinity.
Who are Auditors? They are people that go around Cities and Towns in the UK filming people. This includes
- the homeless,
- people with drug addictions
- people with alcohol problems
- immigrants in hotels
- the police and other public service workers
- everyday people doing their ordinary days work
Auditors to some are parasites that pray on the vulnerable to get video content. The Auditor then uploads their footage to sites such as YouTube in order to farm views and clicks. They do this to earn money through advertisements.
So How Does Auditors Go Work?
It’s pretty straight forward.
Hit the subscribe button below, this will give you destination options. Select the destinations you would like to receive notifications for. From there the public can submit a comment using the form at the bottom of this page, with information on which Auditor they have seen, and where. If a member of public submits information that an Auditor is in the destination/s you have subscribed to, you will receive an alert.
It is then up to you if you want to go and video the Auditor. Then upload the footage to social media and Youtube etc. Do not film the scene the Auditor is filming, simply just keep the camera on the Auditor.
Add the hashtag #AuditorsGo to the footage you upload. Let’s get this trending and make these individuals feel uneasy, like they make others feel.
By the public filming back we will all get to see how the Auditors act when they are not filming/the bits they edit out of their footage because they don’t want people to know things about them/or see certain things. Filming in this manner is in the public interest.
No Confrontation with Auditors
Do not get into a confrontation with a Auditor, do not engage with them. They love reactions from people as it gets them more views on Youtube etc. Just stand silently with your camera pointing at them then upload it to social media. Or do livestreams of them.
Make sure you are in a public place when filming if you choose to film.

There are some good Auditors out there that avoid bothering the vulnerable, police and general workers. However, some are bang out of order with the way they go about getting content.

If the Auditor you come across is just walking around talking into the camera, let them be, if they are picking on the disadvantage or interrupting people at work on any capacity, then expose them below.

- Film the Auditor if you choose that is what you want to do
- Upload the footage to the social sites you use with the hashtag #AuditorsGo, if you choose to film
If you choose to film and upload to socials, the content you capture will be made public before the Auditors footage. This will make the filming these Auditors do pretty pointless and hopefully they will stop taking advantage of the disadvantaged.
Just imagine if 50 people subscribe to each location, each will get a notification if an Auditor is in their vicinity. This means there could be 50 people Auditing the Auditors by having their cameras focusing on one person. It’s basically people filming an Auditor, who is filming the disadvantage, or as they call it, “AUDITING”.
